Mississippi Homeowner Rehabilitation & Reconstruction Program (HRRP)

HRRP provides federal funding to assist low- and moderate-income homeowners whose homes were damaged or destroyed by the March 2023, June 2023, or April 2024 tornadoes and straight-line winds. Please note HRRP is no longer accepting new applications.

Mississippi Affordable Rental Housing Rehabilitation & Reconstruction Program (ARHP)

ARHP provides federal funding to assist eligible landlord-applicants in rehabilitating or reconstructing single-family rental homes in the communities affected by the March 2023, June 2023, and April 2024 tornadoes and straight-line winds.

These programs are administered by the Mississippi Development Authority (MDA) and assists eligible property owners by providing funding to repair or reconstruct single-family homes that suffered damage from one of the qualifying storms.

  • Hinds County
  • Scott County
  • Sharkey County
  • Humphreys County (ZIP codes 39038 and 39166)
  • Jackson County (ZIP code 39563)
  • Monroe County (ZIP code 38821)
